The invention relates to a steel plate spring suspension system and a vehicle. The steel plate spring suspension system comprises a steel plate spring, a first support used for connecting the steel plate spring with the front end of a frame, and a second support used for connecting the steel plate spring with the rear end of the frame. The steel plate spring is provided with at least one S-shapedbent section, a first spring eye is formed at one end of the steel plate spring, a second spring eye is formed at the other end of the steel plate spring, a first pin shaft penetrating through the first spring eye is connected with the first support, and a second pin shaft penetrating through the second spring eye is connected with the second support. In the driving process of the vehicle, the steel plate spring is impacted by the ground, automatic extension and retraction can be realized through the S-shaped bent section in the up-and-down jumping process, the arc height of the steel plate spring is changed, and buffering and vibration absorbing effects are achieved. In addition, due to the fact that the steel plate spring can automatically stretch out and draw back, a plate spring lifting lug and an upper pin shaft installed on the plate spring lifting lug do not need to be arranged at the end of the steel plate spring, the complexity of the structure is reduced, the structure is simple, the weight is low, and the design principle of low weight is met.
