The invention discloses a steel plate spring suspension and a vehicle. The leaf spring suspension comprises a main piece and an auxiliary piece. The main leaf includes at least two first leaf springs stacked in a height direction. The auxiliary piece is located on the lower side of the main piece, the length of the auxiliary piece is smaller than that of the main piece, the auxiliary piece comprises at least one second steel plate spring, the first steel plate spring and the second steel plate spring are both arched plates protruding downwards, and the bending radian of the second steel plate spring is greater than that of the first steel plate spring. In the first working state, a gap is formed between the end part of the auxiliary sheet and the main sheet, so that the end part of the auxiliary sheet is not contacted with the main sheet; in the second working state, the end of the auxiliary piece makes contact with the main piece. The bending radian of the second steel plate spring of the auxiliary piece is larger than that of the first steel plate spring of the main piece, the variable stiffness stroke of the suspension is controlled through the radian of the auxiliary piece, and the vehicle stability is improved.
