The invention discloses a control method for participation of electric vehicle discharge in a peak regulation market in a park in a monthly market, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a frame for participation of electric vehicle discharge in the park in the monthly market in peak regulation; thirdly, a park operator signs a monthly peak regulation contract with each electric vehicle in the park, and electric vehicle group aggregation is realized by adopting a regulation and control incentive mechanism; then, a park operator constructs a control model of participation of park electric vehicle discharge in peak regulation under the monthly market by taking peak regulation income optimization as a target and considering constraints such as electric vehicle off-grid electric quantity demand and charge and discharge power based on park electric vehicle network access time and an electric quantity model; and finally, solving by adopting a zebra optimization algorithm to obtain the optimal peak regulation power of the operator and the regulation and control strategy of each electric vehicle for the peak regulation event. According to the scheme, an incentive mechanism for aggregating the electric vehicles to participate in the monthly peak regulation market and an electric vehicle cluster regulation and control strategy under the perspective of park operators are provided, and a feasible scheme is provided for a flexible demand side resource support power grid.
