The invention provides an ultra-deep underground diaphragm wall reinforcement cage and a hoisting truss regulation and control method thereof.The regulation and control method comprises the steps that S1, according to the transverse design width of the reinforcement cage and the number of longitudinal hoisting trusses, the number and the set distance of the transverse hoisting trusses and the set distance of the longitudinal hoisting trusses are preliminarily determined; s2, a point where the transverse hoisting truss and the longitudinal hoisting truss intersect serves as a hoisting point position, finite element model calculation is conducted on the reinforcement cage, and when the stress of the reinforcement is larger than or equal to 300 MPa or deformation exceeds L/500, parameters of the transverse hoisting truss and/or the longitudinal hoisting truss of the reinforcement cage hoisting truss are adjusted till the stress of the reinforcement is smaller than 300 MPa or deformation is smaller than L/500; and S3, a transverse hoisting truss and/or a longitudinal hoisting truss meeting the conditions of S2 are/is arranged in the preparation process of the reinforcement cage. The hoisting truss is regulated and controlled based on the regulation and control method, so that the overall strength and rigidity of the prepared ultra-deep underground diaphragm wall reinforcement cage meet the hoisting construction requirements, the construction safety is guaranteed, and the construction risk is effectively avoided.
本发明提供了一种超深地下连续墙钢筋笼及其吊装桁架调控方法,所述调控方法包括:S1、根据钢筋笼的横向设计宽度和纵向吊装桁架的数量,初步确定横向吊装桁架的数量和设置间距,纵向吊装桁架的设置间距;S2、将横向吊装桁架与纵向吊装桁架交叉的点作为吊点位置,对钢筋笼进行有限元模型计算,在钢筋应力大于或等于300MPa或变形超过L/500时,对钢筋笼吊装桁架的横向吊装桁架和/纵向吊装桁架的参数进行调整,直至钢筋应力小于300MPa或变形小于L/500为止;S3、在钢筋笼制备过程中布置满足S2条件的横向吊装桁架和/纵向吊装桁架。基于该调控方法调控吊装桁架,使得制备的超深地下连续墙钢筋笼整体的强度、刚度满足吊装施工要求,保障施工安全,有效避免施工风险。
