The invention discloses an underground diaphragm wall reinforcement cage hoisting process which comprises the following steps: S01, commanding a main crane and an auxiliary crane to transfer to a hoisting position, and respectively installing shackles of hoisting points by a hoisting worker; according to the method, the position of the hoisting point is determined firstly, and before hoisting, the node reinforcement at the hoisting point, the U-steel diagonal bracing reinforcement of the L-shaped reinforcement cage, the temporary shelving point, the fixed shelving point, the iron carrying pole and the material cable need to be checked, so that the requirements are met, and the hoisting risk is reduced; when a reinforcement cage is hoisted, a main machine and an auxiliary machine should be synchronous and listen to hoisting commands, the reinforcement cage is hoisted into a groove by the main machine after returning to be straight in the air, channel steel needs to be temporarily placed and firmly fixed when a steel wire rope is lengthened or replaced, and construction safety is ensured; the reinforcement cage is aligned with the center of the groove width when entering the groove, and is vertically and accurately inserted into the groove. The lowering process needs to be constant and slow, and the situation that the reinforcement cage swings transversely due to swing of a crane or other influences, and the groove wall collapses is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种地下连续墙钢筋笼吊装工艺,该吊装工艺包括如下步骤:S01:指挥主副两吊车转移到起吊位置,起重工分别安装吊点的卸扣。本发明先确定吊点位置,并在起吊前需检查吊点处节点加强、L型钢筋笼槽钢斜撑加强、临时搁置点、固定搁置点以及铁扁担和料索进行检查,保证其满足要求,降低吊装风险;钢筋笼起吊时主机、副机应同步,听从起重指挥,钢筋笼在空中回直后由主机负责吊放入槽,在接长或调换钢丝绳时临时搁置槽钢需固定牢靠,确保施工安全;钢筋笼入槽时要对准槽幅的中心,垂直而又准确的插入槽内。下放过程需匀速缓慢,并避免因起重机摆动或其他影响而使钢筋笼产生横向摆动,造成槽壁坍塌。
