The invention discloses an underground diaphragm wall reinforcement cage hoisting system and method. The system comprises a foundation pit, a supporting rotating component and hoisting equipment. The foundation pit is provided with a structure for accommodating and supporting the rotating part; the supporting and rotating part comprises a base, a rolling shaft, a jig frame and a supporting piece, a roller base is fixed to the top of the base, a bearing is installed in the roller base, the rolling shaft is fixed through the bearing and penetrates through the two sides of the jig frame to divide the jig frame into the two ends, and the jig frame does not make contact with the lower portion of the base when rotating; the upper end of the jig frame is flush with the ground; during hoisting operation, the supporting piece is removed, the reinforcement cage located on the ground and the jig frame is hoisted by hoisting equipment, and the jig frame rotates to achieve conversion of the reinforcement cage from the horizontal state to the vertical state. The steel reinforcement cage can be turned over to be in the vertical state on the ground, the steel reinforcement cage is prevented from being turned over in the air, the turning step is simplified, and the construction safety and the construction efficiency are improved.
本发明公开了一种地下连续墙钢筋笼吊装系统及方法,系统包括基坑、支撑旋转部件、吊装设备;基坑设置有容纳支撑旋转部件的结构;支撑旋转部件包括顶部固定有滚轮基础的底座、滚轴、胎架和支撑件,滚轮基础内安装有轴承,滚轴由轴承固定且穿过胎架的两侧将胎架分为两端,胎架旋转时不会接触底座下部位置,支撑件放置于胎架的一端的下部,以保证胎架上端与地面平齐;吊装作业时,支撑件被移除,位于地面和胎架上的钢筋笼被吊装设备吊起,胎架旋转实现钢筋笼从水平到竖直的转变。本发明在地面即可完成钢筋笼翻面至竖直状态,避免钢筋笼在空中翻转,简化了翻转步骤,提高了施工安全性及施工效率。
