The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle control systems, and discloses a vehicle steering creeping noise optimization method and device, a vehicle, equipment and a medium, the method comprises the following steps: obtaining a vehicle kingpin grounding point range, a tire rotation angle range, and/or a tire longitudinal force range, and/or vehicle driving parameter data; carrying out vehicle dynamics analysis on a suspension system of the vehicle, and determining tire offset parameters of the suspension system and the positions and the number of suspension hard points, so that a main pin grounding point and a tire rotation angle are respectively in corresponding ranges; and/or, performing vehicle dynamics analysis on a torque balance equation around the center of mass of the vehicle to establish a mathematical model of the longitudinal force characteristics of the tires of the whole vehicle under a limit steering working condition, and matching the transmission efficiency or linear angle transmission ratio parameters of a power-assisted steering mechanism or a steering mechanism to enable the longitudinal force of the tires to be in a corresponding range; and/or, analyzing the vehicle driving parameter data, and determining a driving scene and occurrence conditions so as to execute a corresponding electro-hydraulic coordination strategy and optimize steering wriggling noise.
