The invention discloses a full-decoupling vehicle electronic hydraulic braking system and method based on an ESC and with a redundancy function. The system comprises a pressurization module and a vehicle body stabilization module ESC. The pressurization module receives pedal acting force, detects pedal displacement and power-assisted braking and is used for backup when the vehicle body stabilization module ESC fails. The pressurizing module is connected with a brake pedal and an oil cup, receives the acting force of the pedal and outputs brake fluid to the vehicle body stabilizing module ESC through an oil pipe. The vehicle body stabilizing module ESC receives brake fluid input by the pressurizing module, adjusts the oil pressure of a brake wheel cylinder and is used for backup when the pressurizing module fails. The brake wheel cylinder receives brake fluid from the pressurization module and the vehicle body stabilization module ESC to generate brake force to achieve vehicle braking. The pressurization module and the pedal module are added on the basis of the ESC structure, the pedal module simulates foot feeling during conventional braking, the pressurization module provides brake fluid, the ESC adjusts brake oil pressure, and emergency mechanical braking can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种基于ESC的全解耦带冗余功能的车辆电子液压制动系统和方法。系统包括增压模块和车身稳定模块ESC;增压模块接收踏板作用力、检测踏板位移以及助力制动和用于车身稳定模块ESC失效时备份;增压模块分别与制动踏板、油杯连接,接收踏板作用力、输出制动液经过油管到车身稳定模块ESC;车身稳定模块ESC接收增压模块输入的制动液,调节制动轮缸的油压大小以及用于增压模块失效时备份;制动轮缸接收来自增压模块和车身稳定模块ESC的制动液产生制动力实现车辆制动。本发明在ESC结构的基础上增加了增压模块和踏板模块,常规制动时由踏板模块模拟脚感,增压模块提供制动液,ESC调节制动油压,能够实现应急机械制动。
