The invention discloses a novel full-decoupling electronic hydraulic brake system and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of vehicle braking, the novel full-decoupling electronic hydraulic brake system comprises a brake pedal, a push rod, a brake master cylinder, a brake fluid storage tank, a pedal feeling simulator, an electronic control unit, a motor, a secondary master cylinder and a wheel cylinder, the secondary main cylinder is connected with the brake fluid storage tank; based on the displacement effect of a brake pedal, an electronic control unit controls a motor to push brake fluid in a secondary main cylinder to a wheel cylinder so as to achieve four-wheel brake boosting or single-wheel pressurization to achieve stable control over a vehicle body. And when the electronic control unit fails, the brake fluid in the brake master cylinder is directly pushed to each wheel cylinder under the displacement action of the brake pedal, so that failure protection is realized through mechanical braking. The system is smaller in size, lighter in weight and lower in production cost; and when the electronic brake fails, the effects of increasing the pressure more quickly and ensuring the driving safety of the vehicle are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种新型全解耦电子液压制动系统及车辆,涉及车用制动技术领域,包括制动踏板、推杆、制动主缸、制动液储液罐、踏板感模拟器、电子控制单元、电机、次级主缸以及轮缸,电机输出端经直线运动机构与次级主缸传动连接,且次级主缸与制动液储液罐连接;基于制动踏板的位移作用,电子控制单元控制电机将次级主缸中的制动液推动至轮缸以实现四轮制动助力,或单轮增压实现车身稳定控制;并在电子控制单元失效时,经制动踏板位移作用直接将制动主缸中的制动液推动至各个轮缸,以机械制动实现失效保护。本发明具有系统体积更小,重量更轻、生产成本更低;以及在电子制动失效时,实现更快速地增压,保证车辆的行驶安全的效果。
