The invention discloses a novel decoupling type electro-hydraulic braking system, and relates to the technical field of automobile braking systems. The hydraulic mechanism is connected with the main shell, and a brake master cylinder of the hydraulic mechanism extends into the main shell; one end of the pedal input rod extends into the main shell from the end, away from the hydraulic mechanism, of the main shell, and a gap exists between the pedal input rod and a brake master cylinder of the hydraulic mechanism. The displacement sensor sensing chip is arranged on the main shell; the displacement sensor magnetic steel assembly is arranged on the pedal input rod; the gear transmission device comprises a motor and a braking assembly, the pedal input rod is sleeved with the braking assembly, the motor is arranged on the main shell and is in transmission connection with the braking assembly, and the motor is electrically connected with the displacement sensor sensing chip; and the pedal rod simulation device is arranged outside the main shell. Decoupling of braking force of the brake pedal and hydraulic braking force can be achieved, the proportion of motor braking is increased, and then energy recovery is increased.

    本发明公开了一种新型解耦式电液制动系统,涉及汽车制动系统技术领域,包括:主壳体;液压机构与主壳体连接,液压机构的制动主缸伸入主壳体内;踏板输入杆的一端由主壳体上远离液压机构的一端伸入至主壳体内,踏板输入杆与液压机构的制动主缸之间存在间隙;位移传感器感应芯片设置在主壳体上;位移传感器磁钢组件设置在踏板输入杆上;齿轮传动装置包括电机和制动组件,制动组件套设在踏板输入杆上,电机设置在主壳体上且与制动组件传动连接,电机与位移传感器感应芯片电连接;踏板杆模拟装置,踏板杆模拟装置设置在主壳体外。本发明能够实现制动踏板制动力与液压制动力的解耦,提高电机制动的占比,进而增加能量回收。
