The invention relates to the field of braking systems, in particular to a decoupling type electro-hydraulic composite braking system, a control method and a vehicle. The decoupling type electro-hydraulic composite braking system comprises a composite pedal simulator mechanism, an EHB executing mechanism, an EMB unit, an HBE unit and a whole vehicle VCU; the composite pedal simulator mechanism comprises a brake intention recognition module, a pedal simulator control module, a plurality of EHB hydraulic pipeline interfaces and a plurality of EMB communication interfaces, wherein the EHB hydraulic pipeline interfaces and the EMB communication interfaces are integrally arranged on the composite pedal simulator mechanism. The input end of the pedal simulator control module is connected with the output end of the brake intention recognition module and the output end of a whole vehicle VCU, the input end of the EHB hydraulic pipeline connector is connected with a brake fluid pot, and the output end of the EHB hydraulic pipeline connector is connected with an EHB executing mechanism on a wheel through an HBE unit. The input end of the EMB communication interface is connected with the output end of a vehicle VCU, and the output end of the EMB communication interface is connected with an EMB control module of an EMB unit on a wheel. The brake fluid supply requirement and the communication requirement of the EHB and EMB hybrid brake-by-wire system can be met, and the function integration is reliable.

    本发明涉及制动系统领域,具体涉及一种解耦式电、液复合制动系统及控制方法和车辆,包括复合踏板模拟器机构、EHB执行机构、EMB单元、HBE单元和整车VCU;复合踏板模拟器机构包括制动意图识别模块、踏板模拟器控制模块以及集成布置于复合踏板模拟器机构上的若干个EHB液压管路接口和若干个EMB通讯接口;踏板模拟器控制模块的输入端与制动意图识别模块输出端和整车VCU输出端连接,EHB液压管路接口的输入端与制动液壶连接,EHB液压管路接口的输出端通过HBE单元与车轮上的EHB执行机构连接;EMB通讯接口的输入端与整车VCU输出端连接,EMB通讯接口的输出端与车轮上的EMB单元的EMB控制模块连接。其能够满足EHB、EMB混合线控制动系统的制动液供给需求和通讯需求,功能集成可靠。
