The invention relates to the technical field of automobile control methods, in particular to an electro-hydraulic composite braking coordinated control method. After a brake pedal acts, the automobilebraking demand is obtained by a controller through voltage which is output by a pedal angle sensor, so that the theoretically required electric braking power of each wheel is determined, and the real-time slip rate of each wheel at the current moment is obtained; and the real-time slip rate is compared with a set upper threshold value and a set lower threshold value of the electric braking control slip rate of each wheel, and whether the electric braking power applied in the previous control period is adjusted or not is determined according to a comparison result so as to obtain the electricbraking power, which meets the requirement of the current moment, in the control period. According to the electro-hydraulic composite braking coordinated control method, in an electro-hydraulic hybridbraking process, the electric braking power is accurately regulated and controlled, the braking effect of electric braking is fully used, the braking capacity of electric braking is brought into playto the maximum, and hydraulic braking is matched, so that the mass of a hub motor assembly can be greatly reduced, the size of the hub motor assembly is reduced, and additionally, braking energy canbe effectively recycled.

    本发明涉及汽车控制方法技术领域,具体地指一种电液复合制动协调控制方法。刹车踏板动作后,控制器通过踏板转角传感器输出的电压,获取车辆制动需求,从而确定各车轮理论所需电制动功率,获取当前时刻的各车轮实时滑移率,将实时滑移率与设定的各车轮电制动控制滑移率上门限值和电制动控制滑移率下门限值进行比对,根据比对结果确定是否对上一个控制周期所施加的电制动功率进行调整,获得符合当前时刻所需的本控制周期电制动功率。本发明在电液混合制动过程中,针对电制动功率进行精准调控,充分利用了电制动的制动效果,最大程度发挥了电制动的制动能力,配合液压制动,能够大幅度降低轮毂电机总成的质量,减小轮毂电机总成的尺寸规模,另外还可以对制动能量进行有效回收。
