The invention discloses a split type decoupling vehicle electronic hydraulic braking system with a redundancy function and a method. A brake executing mechanism is divided into a pedal module, a pressurization module and a backup module, the pedal module is directly connected with a brake pedal and connected with the pressurization module through an oil pipe, the pressurization module is connected with the backup module through an oil pipe, the pressurization module is provided with two oil pipes communicated with a brake wheel cylinder, and the backup module is provided with two oil pipes communicated with the brake wheel cylinder. And the three sub-blocks are respectively independent and are connected through oil pipes. All functions of brake-by-wire can be achieved, emergency mechanical braking can be achieved, the size is small, the structure is simple, cost is low, installation is convenient, noise and vibration brought by the motor and the booster pump cannot be transmitted to the pedal, and comfort is better.

    本发明公开了一种分体式解耦带冗余功能的车辆电子液压制动系统和方法。将制动执行机构分为踏板模块、增压模块、备份模块,踏板模块直接与制动踏板连接,踏板模块通过油管与增压模块连接,增压模块通过油管与备份模块连接,增压模块存在两路油管与制动轮缸连通,备份模块存在两路油管与制动轮缸连通,三个分块分别独立,之间通过油管连接。本发明能够实现线控制动所有功能,能够实现应急机械制动,体积小、结构简单,成本低,安装方便,电机和增压泵带来的噪音和振动不会传递到踏板上,舒适性更好。
