The invention discloses an electric vehicle range extender engine positioning shutdown control method. The method comprises the following steps: 1) setting a threshold value; 2) collecting data; (3) whether the range extender engine needs to be shut down or not is judged; when the generator controller operates in a speed control mode, the absolute value of the actual rotating speed of the generator is larger than a first speed threshold value, and the absolute value of the rotating speed loop control speed is smaller than a first rotating speed loop control speed threshold value, or when the generator controller operates in an auxiliary shutdown mode, the range extender engine needs to be shut down, otherwise, the range extender engine needs to be shut down. The range extender engine works normally; (4) quick shutdown control; the generator controller controls the actual rotating speed of the generator to decrease according to the shutdown speed slope value; (5) positioning shutdown control is conducted on the range extender engine; 6) untwisting control; if the absolute value of the output torque is larger than the output torque threshold value, the output torque is reduced to be within the output torque threshold value; and 7) judging whether the range extender engine positioning shutdown is successful or not and processing the range extender engine positioning shutdown failure.

    一种电动汽车增程器发动机定位停机控制方法,包括以下步骤:1)设置阈值;2)采集数据;3)判断增程器发动机是否需要停机;当发电机控制器运行于速度控制模式,且发电机实际转速的绝对值大于第一速度阈值,转速环控制速度的绝对值小于第一转速环控制速度阈值时,或当发电机控制器运行于辅助停机模式时,增程器发动机需要停机,否则,增程器发动机正常工作;4)快速停机控制;发电机控制器根据停机速度斜率值控制发电机实际转速下降;5)增程器发动机定位停机控制;6)卸扭控制;若输出扭矩的绝对值大于输出扭矩阈值,则将输出扭矩降低到输出扭矩阈值内;7)判断增程器发动机定位停机是否成功及增程器发动机定位停机失败处理。
