The invention discloses a tower crane group anti-collision prediction method and an anti-collision system, and relates to the technical field of casting machining. The tower crane group anti-collision prediction method comprises the following five steps: judging whether adjacent tower cranes are risk tower cranes or not according to parameter information of the tower cranes, establishing a three-dimensional model for the risk tower cranes and performing simulation operation, and judging whether the working ranges of the tower cranes are overlapped or not according to the operation condition. According to the tower crane group anti-collision system, the problem that adjacent tower cranes collide with one another is solved by changing task information of the corresponding tower cranes, the corresponding labor cost can be saved, and the efficiency and safety of hoisting operation of tower crane group construction can be greatly improved; whether the tower crane collides with a building or not is judged through cooperation of the sensor module and the processing module, a driver is reminded through the early warning module, emergency power failure can be achieved in a serious case, tower crane collision accidents caused by view blocking and visual errors of tower crane operators are avoided, and extra labor expenditure is reduced.
