The invention discloses a group tower collision prediction method and a system for realizing a group tower collision prevention purpose by depending on the method. The group tower collision prediction method comprises the following steps: acquiring static data and dynamic data of each tower crane in two tower cranes; wherein the static data comprises the tower crane type, the tower crane three-dimensional coordinate and the tower crane component size, and the dynamic data comprises the lifting rope orientation and the lifting object size; determining a plurality of target objects from each tower crane according to the tower crane types of the two tower cranes; wherein each target object is a component, a lifting rope or a lifting object of the tower crane; correspondingly extracting target data used for calculating the three-dimensional coordinates of each target object from the static data and the dynamic data of each tower crane, and calculating the shortest distance between the two tower cranes according to the target data; and calculating whether the two tower cranes collide or not according to the size relationship between the shortest distance between the two tower cranes and a preset warning distance.

    本发明公开了一种群塔碰撞预测方法和依赖该方法实现群塔防碰撞目的的系统,所述群塔碰撞预测方法包括:获取两塔机中每个塔机的静态数据和动态数据;其中,所述静态数据包括塔机类型、塔机三维坐标和塔机构件尺寸,所述动态数据包括吊绳方位和吊物尺寸;根据所述两塔机的塔机类型分别从每个塔机中确定出若干目标对象;其中,每个目标对象为塔机的构件、吊绳或吊物;分别从每个塔机的静态数据和动态数据中对应的提取出用于计算每个目标对象三维坐标的目标数据,并根据所述目标数据计算出所述两塔机之间的最短距离;根据所述两塔机之间的最短距离与预设警戒距离之间的大小关系,计算所述两塔机是否会发生碰撞。
