The invention belongs to the technical field of transportation lifting appliances, and particularly relates to a lifting appliance for segment erection based on bridge construction and a using method thereof.The lifting appliance comprises a main frame for suspension, a main lifting column is fixedly connected to the inner surface of the middle of the main frame, and lifting steel pipes are fixedly connected to the inner surface of the main frame through reinforcing ribs distributed in a rectangular array; hoisting mechanisms are arranged on the lower surfaces of the two ends of the hoisting steel pipe, moving mechanisms are arranged on the upper surfaces of the hoisting mechanisms, and locking mechanisms are arranged in the hoisting steel pipe. According to the segment erection lifting appliance based on bridge construction and the use method of the segment erection lifting appliance, gear motors installed on the surfaces of the winding shells at the two ends are controlled to act to drive winding wheels in the winding shells to rotate, and then a steel wire rope can be wound; therefore, the winding shell can be pulled to horizontally move on the lower surface of the hoisting steel pipe during winding until the two bow shackles adapt to the size of the stage to complete installation, and the utilization rate of the hoisting tool can be improved.

    本发明属于运输吊具技术领域,尤其是一种基于桥梁施工的节段架设用吊具及其使用方法,包括进行悬吊的主架,主架的中部内表面固定连接有主吊柱,主架的内表面通过矩形阵列分布的加强筋固定连接有吊装钢管,吊装钢管的两端下表面设置有吊装机构,吊装机构的上表面设置有移动机构,吊装钢管的内部设置有锁止机构。该基于桥梁施工的节段架设用吊具及其使用方法,通过控制两端卷绕壳体表面安装的减速电机动作,使其带动卷绕壳体内部的卷绕轮转动,然后可对钢丝绳收卷,由于钢丝绳的一端与主吊柱固定,从而其收卷时可牵拉卷绕壳体在吊装钢管的下表面水平移动,直至两个弓形卸扣适应阶段的尺寸而完成安装,进而可提高吊具的利用率。
