The concrete precast beam is grabbed and hoisted through cooperation of the hoisting equipment and the hoisting tool, then the bracket is arranged at the bottom of the concrete precast beam to strengthen the hoisting strength, the limitation that a traditional hoisting mode needs to be matched with a large hoisting machine for operation is eliminated, and unnecessary manpower and material resource expenditure is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种高墩柱大跨径预应力梁安全架设吊具及使用方法,属于混凝土预制梁吊装技术领域,所述吊具顶部与吊装设备相连接,包括桁架,位于桁架底部、沿长度方向设置的多个底座,以及安装于底座下端的支撑座;所述底座内部设有驱动机构,所述支撑座两侧下端相对设置有两个夹爪,两个所述夹爪对应夹持在混凝土预制梁上部两侧翼缘的下表面。本发明采用先通过吊装设备与吊具的配合完成对混凝土预制梁的抓取和吊装,再将托架置于混凝土预制梁底部以强化吊装强度,摆脱了传统吊装方式需要大型起重机械配合作业的限制,降低了不必要的人力物力支出。
