The invention discloses a low-temperature energy recovery method for an electric vehicle, which has the main design conception that the energy recovery of the whole vehicle is allowed based on the condition that the battery temperature is lower than the lowest energy recovery temperature allowed by a battery, and the energy recovery of the whole vehicle is realized by looking up a table and taking a minimum value. The difference between the allowable energy recovery power under the working condition and the energy recovery power under the normal working condition is not prominent, and the electric energy recovered at the moment is not returned to a rechargeable battery, but is used for consumption of electrical equipment such as an air conditioner and heating of the battery, so that the energy recovery efficiency is fully utilized; and the speed of increasing the temperature of the battery pack to a proper charging and discharging temperature interval is accelerated, and meanwhile, the driving experience and the control stability are also improved. In addition, the low-temperature energy recovery power is dynamically adjusted by combining the current of the whole vehicle, so that the safety and stability of the battery can be more reliably guaranteed on the premise of low-temperature recovery.
本发明公开了一种电动汽车低温能量回收方法,本发明的主要设计构思在于,基于电池温度低于电池所允许的最低能量回收温度工况,允许整车进行能量回收,而且通过查表取最小值的方式,使此工况下允许的能量回收功率与正常工况能量回收的差异不凸显,以及此时回收的电能不再是回充电池而是用于空调等电器设备的消耗以及电池加热,这样既充分利用回收能量效率,又加快了电池包温度提升到适合的充放电温度区间的速度,同时也改善了驾驶体验和操控稳定性。此外结合整车电流对低温能量回收功率进行动态调节,从而可以在低温回收前提下更为可靠地保障电池安全、稳定。
