The invention provides a method and equipment for recovering energy produced during gliding of an electric automobile, as well as the electric automobile. The electric automobile is controlled to glide at the at least two deceleration modes including first deceleration and second deceleration. The method comprises steps as follows: when the electric automobile is ensured in a gliding state, the first deceleration is acquired from a current automobile speed; first required brake torque at the first deceleration is acquired, and the electric automobile is controlled to run under the condition of first actual brake torque for energy recovery; after the electric automobile runs for a first time period under the condition of the first required brake torque, second deceleration is acquired from the current automobile speed; second required brake torque is acquired at the second deceleration, and the electric automobile is controlled to run under the condition of second actual brake torque for energy recovery, the brake torque is controlled at variable deceleration, and a driver can feel natural speed reduction instead of sudden speed reduction. The comfort of the driver cannot be reduced while energy is recovered.
