The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted charging and discharging control system for an electric commercial vehicle, which comprises a battery pack, a high-voltage distribution box, a slow charging socket, a vehicle control unit, a slow charging vehicle-mounted controller and a storage battery, and is characterized in that the battery pack is connected with the high-voltage distribution box, and the high-voltage distribution box is connected with the slow charging socket; an alternating-current port of the slow-charging vehicle-mounted controller is connected with the slow-charging socket, a direct-current port of the slow-charging vehicle-mounted controller is connected with the storage battery through a relay contact, and the high-voltage distribution box is further connected with the storage battery; an alternating current charging and discharging port is integrated on the slow charging vehicle-mounted controller, and the vehicle control unit, the high-voltage distribution box and the slow charging vehicle-mounted controller are connected through a CAN bus. According to the invention, the functions of charging at any time and no need of preparing a charging and discharging gun head in advance are realized, the slow charging controller is configured on the vehicle to replace a charging pile, the spatial arrangement is more compact, the charging and discharging efficiency is improved, the use time of a user is saved, and the cost of configuring a large amount of hardware is greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种电动商用车车载充放电控制系统,由电池包、高压配电盒、慢充插座、整车控制器、慢充车载控制器及蓄电池构成,电池包与高压配电盒连接,高压配电盒与慢充插座连接;慢充车载控制器的交流端口与慢充插座连接,其直流端口通过继电器触点与蓄电池连接,且高压配电盒还与蓄电池连接;慢充车载控制器上集成有交流充放电口,整车控制器、高压配电盒及慢充车载控制器通过CAN总线连接。本发明实现了随用随充,无需提前准备充放电枪头的功能,且随车配置慢充控制器以代替充电桩,空间布置更加紧凑,不仅提高充放电效率,节约用户使用时间,还极大地降低了配置大量硬件的成本。
