The invention provides a controller of a vehicle-mounted charging and discharging circuit and a vehicle-mounted charging and discharging device, the controller performs phase shift control on the vehicle-mounted charging and discharging circuit, and a first phase shift angle exists between driving signals of a bus-side full-bridge conversion circuit and a high-voltage-side full-bridge conversion circuit; a second phase shift angle exists between driving signals of two bridge arms in the bus-side full-bridge conversion circuit, so that the bus-side full-bridge conversion circuit can output a three-level voltage waveform; meanwhile, an auxiliary switch tube in the low-voltage side half-bridge conversion circuit is controlled to be turned off within the alternating-current side zero-voltage state time of the bus-side full-bridge conversion circuit, so that the turn-off process of the auxiliary switch tube is completed in the zero-voltage state stage, the turn-off voltage peak of the auxiliary switch tube can be reduced, the voltage stress is reduced, and the service life of the bus-side full-bridge conversion circuit is prolonged. Compared with the prior art, the reliability of the device is enhanced. Moreover, a device with higher withstand voltage does not need to be selected, so that the cost and the absorption loss are reduced, and even an additional absorption circuit can be omitted.

    本申请提供一种车载充放电电路的控制器及车载充放电装置,该控制器对该车载充放电电路采用移相控制,其对于母线侧全桥转换电路与高压侧全桥转换电路的驱动信号之间存在第一移相角,且其对于母线侧全桥转换电路中两个桥臂的驱动信号之间存在第二移相角,使得母线侧全桥转换电路能够输出三电平电压波形;同时,其控制低压侧半桥转换电路中的辅路开关管,在母线侧全桥转换电路的交流侧零电压状态时间内关断,使该辅路开关管的关断过程在零电压状态阶段完成,从而可以降低辅路开关管的关断电压尖峰,减少了电压应力,相比现有技术增强了器件的可靠性。而且,无需选用更高耐压的器件,降低成本和吸收损耗,甚至可以省去额外的吸收电路。
