The invention provides a vehicle-mounted charger, an electric vehicle and a charging and discharging system and method. The charging and discharging control method is applied to the charging and discharging system, the charging and discharging system comprises an electric vehicle, a vehicle-mounted charger and a battery, the vehicle-mounted charger and the battery are arranged on the electric vehicle, the vehicle-mounted charger is provided with a battery end used for being connected with the battery and a connecting port used for being connected with a charging cable, and the charging and discharging control method comprises the steps that when a direct-current discharging instruction is received, the charging cable is charged; the vehicle-mounted charger works in a direct-current conduction mode so as to carry out direct-current conversion on the voltage of the battery and then output the voltage through the connecting port; and when a charging request instruction is received, the vehicle-mounted charger detects parameters of voltage accessed to the connection port, and enters a direct current conduction mode when determining that the voltage accessed to the connection port is direct current voltage, so as to convert the direct current voltage accessed to the connection port into direct current voltage with a preset voltage value and output the direct current voltage to the battery to charge the battery. The charging and discharging efficiency between electric vehicles is improved.

    本发明提出了一种车载充电机、电动车、充放电系统及方法。其中,充放电控制方法应用于充放电系统,充放电系统包括电动车、设于电动车的车载充电机和电池,车载充电机具有用于连接电池的电池端和用于连接充电线缆的连接端口,充放电控制方法包括:接收到直流放电指令时,车载充电机工作在直流导通模式,以将电池的电压进行直流变换后经连接端口输出;接收到充电请求指令时,车载充电机检测连接端口接入的电压的参数,并确定连接端口接入的电压为直流电压时进入直流导通模式,以将连接端口接入的直流电压转换为预设电压值的直流电压并输出至电池,以为电池充电。本发明提高了电动车之间的充放电效率。
