The invention relates to a composite material rear plate spring assembly which comprises a plate spring body, the plate spring body is made of a composite material, and a first elastic body is arranged in the middle area of the plate spring body; the first elastic body comprises a first frame plate and a first bottom plate, the first frame plate is arranged in a U shape, the first bottom plate is fixed to the two ends of an opening of the first frame plate, an assembly cavity is formed between the first bottom plate and the first frame plate, and the first elastic body is arranged in the assembly cavity in a sleeved mode. The composite material plate spring assembly replaces an original metal plate spring, the performance of the plate spring is guaranteed, and meanwhile the weight of the plate spring is reduced. The side face of the first frame plate bears vertical force generated by tightening of the U-shaped bolt, the stress of the plate spring body is remarkably improved, and the problem that the plate spring body is pressed to be broken can be solved. The problem of plate body deformation does not exist within the torque requirement range of the U-shaped bolt, so that the problem of torque attenuation does not exist, and the torque of the U-shaped bolt does not need to be repeatedly tightened; the tightening torque of the U-shaped bolt can be obviously reduced, and the disassembly and assembly convenience is improved.

    本申请涉及一种复合材料后板簧总成,其包括:板簧本体,所述板簧本体的材料为复合材料,所述板簧本体的中部区域设置有第一弹性体;第一框板和第一底板,所述第一框板呈U形设置,所述第一底板与所述第一框板的开口两端固定,且所述第一底板与所述第一框板之间形成装配腔,所述第一弹性体套设于所述装配腔内。复合材料板簧总成代替了原金属板簧,保证板簧性能的同时降低板簧重量。第一框板的侧面承受U形螺栓拧紧产生的垂向力,板簧本体受力显著改善,可避免板簧本体压断问题。在U形螺栓力矩要求范围内不存在板体变形的问题,因此无力矩衰减问题,不需要反复拧紧U形螺栓力矩;可显著降低U形螺栓的拧紧力矩,提升拆装便利性。
