The composite material plate spring assembly comprises a composite material body, a first pressing plate is arranged on one side of the composite material body, the first pressing plate comprises a flexible liner, bearing parts are arranged at the two ends of the side, away from the composite material body, of the flexible liner, and positioning parts used for positioning U-shaped bolts are arranged on the bearing parts. The invention further discloses a composite material plate spring suspension which comprises a U-shaped bolt and further comprises the composite material plate spring assembly, and the U-shaped bolt is arranged on the positioning part. The method has the advantages that the material quantity can be reduced, the cost is reduced, the assembling efficiency is improved, and the risks of sheet staggering and shifting are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种复合材料板簧总成,包括复材本体,所述复材本体一侧设有第一压板,所述第一压板包括柔性衬垫,所述柔性衬垫远离所述复材本体的一侧于两端设有承载部,所述承载部上设有用于定位U型螺栓的定位部,两所述承载部之间设有用于连接承载部与所述柔性衬垫的连接部,所述承载部的强度不小于所述连接部的强度,所述连接部的强度大于所述柔性衬垫的强度。本发明进一步公开了一种复合材料板簧悬架,包括U型螺栓,还包括上述的复合材料板簧总成,所述U型螺栓设于所述定位部。本发明具有可以减少物料数量,降低成本,提高组装效率,降低错片和窜动风险等优点。
