The invention relates to a hydrogen-electricity hybrid excavator energy management method with minimum equivalent hydrogen consumption, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, determining a power source and an economical efficiency target of an excavator, and then, constructing an equivalent hydrogen consumption minimum strategy target function; secondly, actual working power data of the excavator are collected and preprocessed, the working conditions of the excavator are divided, and the data are used for training a working condition recognition model; and finally, on the basis of the target function and the working condition recognition model, an adaptive adjustment-based equivalent hydrogen consumption minimum strategy of power distribution of the energy source is completed, and finally, an online adaptive adjustment-based equivalent hydrogen consumption minimum energy management strategy of the hydrogen-electricity hybrid excavator under different working conditions in the whole period is realized. According to the energy management method of the hydrogen fuel excavator with the minimum equivalent hydrogen consumption for online application, by optimizing energy distribution and improving the energy utilization efficiency, the economical efficiency and the operation efficiency of the excavator are remarkably improved, and the energy management method has wide application prospects and important practical significance.
