The invention discloses an equivalent hydrogen consumption minimum-based energy management method for a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring SOC of a battery in the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle and vehicle load demand power Pload in real time; taking the SOC of the storage battery and the load demand power Pload as input quantities and inputting the input quantities into a preset objective function for equivalent hydrogen consumption calculation; performing multivariable constrained optimal value solution on the target function according to a set constraint condition to obtain the lithium battery power and the fuel battery power when the equivalent hydrogen consumption is minimum, and performing power control according to the lithium battery power and the fuel battery power when the equivalent hydrogen consumption is minimum. The method has the advantages that the fuel cell power and the power cell power of the fuel cell hybrid power system are subjected to power distribution, the optimal selection of fuel cell energy management is realized, the cruising ability is increased, and the fuel economy is realized; the minimum hydrogen consumption under the same condition is achieved, and fuel economy is achieved.

    本发明公开了氢燃料电池汽车基于等效氢耗最小的能量管理方法,实时获取氢燃料电池汽车中的离电池的SOC以及车辆负载需求功率Pload;将蓄电池的SOC和负载需求功率Pload作为输入量送入到预先设置的等效氢耗量计算的目标函数中;以设置的约束条件对目标函数进行多变量有约束最优值求解,得到等效氢耗最小时的锂电池功率和燃料电池功率,以等效氢耗最小时的锂电池功率和燃料电池功率进行功率控制。本发明的优点在于:对燃料电池混合动力系统的燃料电池功率、动力电池功率进行功率分配,实现燃料电池能量管理的最优选择,增加续航能力,实现燃料经济性;实现在同等条件下的最小氢耗量,实现燃料经济性。
