The invention relates to an on-orbit passing type train wheel automatic flaw detection device which comprises a plurality of wheel flaw detection assemblies, each wheel flaw detection assembly comprises a guide rail and a plurality of probe assemblies arranged on the guide rail, and each probe assembly comprises a moving frame matched with the guide rail, a plurality of scanning probes arranged on the moving frame and a displacement driving device for driving the moving frame to move along the guide rail. The on-orbit passing type train wheel automatic flaw detection device further comprises a plurality of position sensors located on one side of the guide rail. According to the on-orbit passing type train wheel automatic flaw detection, the ultrasonic probe can move along with the detected wheel, so that the overall equipment cost is very low, the system stability and reliability are very high, and on-orbit passing type detection can be achieved. In addition, the invention further relates to an automatic wheel flaw detection method, and according to the automatic wheel flaw detection method, on-orbit passing type train wheel automatic flaw detection is adopted for flaw detection of the wheels.

    本发明涉及一种在轨通过式列车车轮自动探伤,包括若干车轮探伤组件,车轮探伤组件包括导轨及设于导轨上的若干探头组件,探头组件包括与导轨适配的移动架、设于移动架上的若干扫查探头、驱动移动架沿导轨移动的位移驱动装置,在轨通过式列车车轮自动探伤还包括位于导轨一侧的若干位置传感器。本发明的在轨通过式列车车轮自动探伤,其超声探头可随被检车轮随动,因此整体设备成本很低、系统稳定性和可靠性很高,且可在轨通过式检测。此外,本发明还涉及一种车轮自动探伤方法,该车轮自动探伤方法采用在轨通过式列车车轮自动探伤,对车轮进行探伤。
