Compared with a direct contact method, the method has great advantages in the aspects of detection of different orientation defects, thin test pieces, sensitivity, resolution, probe service life and reliability, and has advantages in detection precision, detection efficiency and automatic detection degree.

    本发明公开了一种列车探伤检测设备,涉及列车的车轮探伤检测技术领域,包括工作台、支撑板、电动推杆、电动滑轨、承载板、转筒、车轮本体和水浸箱,所述支撑板安装在工作台顶部,所述支撑板的内部开设有安装槽,所述安装槽的内部固定安装有多个等距排列的电动推杆,所述电动推杆的伸缩端连接有电动滑轨,所述电动滑轨上滑动设置有承载板,所述承载板上开设有旋转孔,所述旋转孔的内部设置有轴承,所述轴承的内圈安装有转筒,所述车轮本体安装在转筒上。本发明中,相对于直接接触法在探测不同取向缺陷、较薄试件、灵敏度、分辨率、探头寿命和可靠性方面具有较大优势,检测的精度、检测的效率和自动化检测的程度具有优势。
