The radiographic inspection automatic crawling robot is used for replacing manual work to adjust and operate a radiographic machine, so that repeated climbing operation of the personnel at a high position is fundamentally avoided, safety risks caused by falling, collision, fatigue and the like are greatly reduced, and the strict requirements of the nuclear power industry for personnel protection are met.

    本发明提供一种四轮驱动爬壁探伤设备及其探伤方法,包括检测车和图像同步车,检测车和图像同步车相对设置在被检测物体的两侧,检测车上设有射线机组件,图像同步车上设有胶片架,放有胶片的暗袋设置在胶片架上,胶片架与射线机组件的激光发射装置相对设置在被检测物体的两侧;检测车和图像同步车上均设有电磁吸附组件,电磁吸附组件将检测车和图像同步车吸附在被检测物体上,检测车和图像同步车上均设有多个驱动轮。显著提升人员安全性:通过使用射线探伤自动爬行机器人替代人工进行射线机的调整与操作,从根本上避免了人员在高处反复登高作业,极大地降低了因坠落、碰撞、疲劳等导致的安全风险,符合核电行业对于人员保护的严格要求。
