The invention provides a method for recovering a submerged buoy with abnormal floating. The method aims at recovering a submerged buoy anchor system which cannot float normally due to the fault of a releaser. Existing hydrological subsurface buoys are more and more in laying situations, but the subsurface buoys cannot float to the sea surface through releasers and cannot be salvaged due to the fact that the releasers used by the subsurface buoys are prone to working abnormities and the like. The method mainly comprises the steps that a multi-hook rope is arranged according to the structure of an existing subsurface buoy, and then the multi-hook rope is put down, dragged to the stern and dragged around the position where the subsurface buoy is located till the multi-hook rope is hung to the subsurface buoy, so that the subsurface buoy is recycled. According to an existing subsurface buoy recycling technology, only subsurface buoys successfully released by a water bottom releaser can be recycled, and a floating ball of a subsurface buoy anchor system can normally float out of the water surface. And on the basis, the subsurface buoy which cannot be successfully released by the releaser can be successfully recovered, so that equipment loss is avoided, and precious observation data are saved.
本发明提出了一种上浮异常潜标的回收方法,其目的在于回收由于释放器故障而无法正常上浮的潜标锚系。现有的水文潜标的布放情景越来越多,但是由于潜标使用的释放器容易出现工作异常等原因导致潜标无法通过释放器上浮到海面,从而无法打捞。本方法主要是根据目前潜标的结构,设置一条多挂钩绳缆,然后将其下放,拖在船尾,围绕潜标所在位置去拖曳,直到挂到潜标,从而实现潜标的回收。现有的潜标回收技术只能回收那些水底释放器成功释放的潜标,以及潜标锚系的浮球可以正常浮出水面的潜标;而本发明在此基础上还能够将释放器无法成功释放的潜标成功回收,从而避免设备丢失和挽救宝贵的观测数据。
