The invention provides an inductive coupling system in a subsurface buoy, a floating body system and a floating ball number adjusting method, and relates to the technical field of subsurface buoys. The inductive coupling system comprises an inductive coupling device and a hydraulic swivel assembly installed on the inductive coupling device; the inductive coupling device is used for carrying out coupling transmission communication based on a plurality of floating bodies in the subsurface buoy; the hydraulic swivel assembly is used for enabling the relative upper portion and the relative lower portion of an anchor mooring line of the floating bodies to rotate freely along with ocean currents and/or wind waves through a hydraulically compensated bearing, so that torque formed by the anchor mooring line by removing spinning motion of the multiple floating bodies in the ocean currents is removed, and rotating torsion on the anchor mooring line caused by the spinning motion is removed. The problem that the system reliability is poor due to rotating torsion influenced by ocean currents is solved, the system torsion can be removed, and buoyancy nodes can be increased.
