The invention discloses a method for constructing an urban multi-mode traffic network carrying capacity system. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring urban basic road network data, public transportation network data, population distribution data, economic data and OD data; dividing traffic zones; calculating regional road section capacity, bus route capacity and non-motor vehicle section capacity; an MNL model is adopted to calculate a travel mode division ratio between each OD pair of the urban traffic network, and a PCL model is adopted to calculate sub-mode flow distribution of the equilibrium traffic network; establishing a double-layer optimization model according to the obtained travel mode division ratio and sub-mode flow distribution, and calculating the theoretical bearing capacity of the multi-mode traffic network of each traffic zone; and calculating the public traffic accessibility of the traffic zone and the chronic traffic accessibility of the traffic zone, and calculating the road network road traffic congestion mileage proportion of the traffic zone. According to the method, a traffic bearing capacity index system can be constructed based on the urban multi-mode traffic network, the actual situation is better met, and representation is more real.

    本发明公开了一种城市多模式交通网络承载能力体系的构建方法,方法的步骤中包括:获取城市基础路网数据、公交网络数据、人口分布数据、经济数据、OD数据;划分交通小区;计算区域道路路段容量、公交线路容量及非机动车路段容量;采用MNL模型计算城市交通网络各OD对之间出行方式划分比率和采用PCL模型计算均衡态交通网络分方式流量分布;根据得到的出行方式划分比率与分方式流量分布建立双层优化模型,计算各交通小区的多模式交通网络理论承载能力;计算交通小区的公共交通可达性、交通小区的慢性交通可达性、计算交通小区的路网道路交通拥堵里程比例。它能够基于城市多模式交通网络构建交通承载力指标体系,更加符合实际情况,表征更加真实。
