The invention provides an urban traffic analysis method and system based on urban automobile inventory bearing capacity, and belongs to the technical field of urban traffic analys.The method comprises the steps that the acceptable traffic congestion degree of an evaluated city is determined, and the bearing capacity of a road network is evaluated through a space-time dissipation method; constructing a resident maximum motorized travel demand model capable of being borne by the road network; calculating the maximum saturation of the road network, and evaluating the urban automobile inventory bearing capacity under the reasonable congestion degree based on the maximum saturation of the road network; and analyzing the urban traffic according to the evaluation result. According to the method, the public traffic service level and the automobile driving rate are considered, the essence of urban traffic can be reflected more objectively and scientifically, the motorized travel requirements of residents are met, the urban bearing capacity is improved accordingly, meanwhile, three different stages of urban traffic development directions are provided based on the urban automobile ownership bearing capacity, and the method is suitable for popularization and application. And a reference basis is provided for making a future traffic development plan and an urban congestion policy.

    本发明提供了一种基于城市汽车保有量承载力的城市交通分析方法及系统,属于城市交通分析技术领域,该方法包括:确定所评估城市的可接受交通拥堵度,并采用时空耗散法评估路网的承载力;构建路网能承载的居民最大机动化出行需求模型;计算得到路网最大饱和度,并基于路网最大饱和度评估合理拥堵度下城市汽车保有量承载力;根据评估结果,对城市交通进行分析。本发明将公共交通服务水平和汽车上路率考虑在内,能够更为客观科学地反映城市交通的本质是满足居民的机动化出行需求,从而提高城市承载力,同时基于城市汽车保有量承载力提出了三种不同阶段的城市交通发展方向,为未来交通发展规划和城市拥堵政策的制定提供参考依据。
