The invention discloses a train virtual marshalling scene-oriented line trafficability calculation method, which refers to a UIC406 capacity calculation method written in an international railway alliance capacity manual, and is applied to line trafficability calculation in a virtual marshalling scene. On the basis of an existing working diagram, under the condition that the sequence before and after train numbers, a train virtual marshalling plan and a parking scheme of each station are not changed, the running safety time interval is used as a constraint condition between the running lines, and the surplus time between the running lines is compressed so as to calculate the line trafficability. According to the method, the trafficability utilization condition of the existing running diagram is effectively and objectively evaluated, the influence condition of the virtual marshalling technology on the line trafficability is expressed, reference is provided for practical application of the virtual marshalling technology in the future, and meanwhile the method can serve as one of evaluation indexes of running diagram compilation after mature application of the virtual marshalling technology.
