The invention provides a control method and device for a self-moving equipment train for a coal mine, and the method comprises the steps: considering the current winch speed and the current steel wire rope recovery speed, and employing a neural network model technology, so as to accurately judge whether a traction winch, the equipment train and a cable car have a sliding risk or not in real time; and under the condition that it is determined that the coal mine self-moving equipment train has the sliding risk, the emergency braking structure is controlled to conduct emergency braking treatment on the coal mine self-moving equipment train so as to prevent the traction winch, the equipment train and the cable car from sliding, and compared with an existing scheme, the coal mine self-moving equipment train is more intelligent; therefore, the problem that in an existing scheme, the intelligence of an anti-sliding processing mode of the self-moving equipment train for the coal mine in the running process is low is solved.
