The invention provides an anti-ultraviolet heat insulation composite material and a preparation method thereof, and the anti-ultraviolet heat insulation composite material comprises a substrate, an anti-ultraviolet OCA glue layer and a PET infrared reflection film; the anti-ultraviolet OCA adhesive layer comprises 10 to 40 parts by mass of a pressure-sensitive adhesive, 0.1 to 0.5 part by mass of an ultraviolet absorbent, 0.05 to 0.1 part by mass of a curing agent and 30 to 50 parts by mass of an organic solvent. The composite material integrates ultraviolet resistance and heat insulation, not only can insulate heat, but also has good ultraviolet shielding performance, the manufacturing method is simple, the composite material provides a new choice for ultraviolet resistance and heat insulation in the fields of automobiles, buildings and the like, and human health can be better protected.

    本发明提供了一种抗紫外隔热复合材料及其制备方法,其中,所述抗紫外隔热复合材料包括基板,抗紫外OCA胶层和PET红外反射膜;所述抗紫外OCA胶层包括10‑40质量份数的压敏胶,0.1‑0.5质量份数的紫外吸收剂,0.05‑0.1质量份数的固化剂和30‑50质量份数的有机溶剂。本发明的复合材料集抗紫外隔热为一体,不仅可以隔热,而且具有良好的屏蔽紫外线性能,且制作方法简单,本发明的复合材料为汽车、建筑等领域的抗紫外隔热提供了新选择,可以更好的保护人体健康。
