The invention discloses a high-temperature phase-change heat-insulation composite heat-insulation component and a preparation method thereof. The composite heat-insulation component is formed by alternately combining multiple layers of blocky efficient heat insulation materials and high-temperature phase change composite materials. Quartz fiber cloth or aluminum oxide fiber cloth is used for packaging the composite heat insulation structure. The back temperature and the temperature control time of the high-temperature phase-change heat-insulation composite heat-insulation component are adjusted by adjusting the thicknesses of the efficient heat insulation material and the high-temperature phase change composite material and the phase change temperature of the high-temperature phase changecomposite material, the back temperature of the composite heat-insulation component can be controlled to be smaller than or equal to 200 DEG C, and the temperature control time is longer than or equalto 2000s. The high-temperature phase-change thermal-insulation composite thermal-insulation component is simple in preparation process and excellent in thermal protection performance, can be used forthermal protection of aircraft structures and instruments such as missile-rocket ships and the like, improves the thermal protection capability, and has potential wide application prospects in the civil field.

    本发明公开了一种高温相变隔热复合隔热构件及其制备方法,该复合隔热构件由多层块状高效隔热材料和高温相变复合材料交替组合而成,采用石英纤维布或氧化铝纤维布对复合隔热结构进行封装,通过调整高效隔热材料和高温相变复合材料的厚度以及高温相变复合材料的相变温度,从而调整高温相变隔热复合隔热构件的背面温度和控温时间,复合隔热构件背面温度可控制到≤200℃,控温时间≥2000s。该高温相变隔热复合隔热构件制备工艺简单,热防护性能优异,可用于弹箭船机等飞行器结构和仪器设备热防护,提高其热防护能力,同时在民用领域也有着潜在的广泛应用前景。
