The invention provides a vehicle track detection system and method based on multi-sensor fusion, and the system comprises a first sensor module, a second sensor module and a judgment module, and carries out the synchronous scanning of a vehicle through a plurality of sensors, achieves the comprehensive detection of vehicle data, achieves the precise separation of vehicles, and can also output rich vehicle data. The two sensors are complementary, so that the detection precision is improved, and the false alarm rate and the missing report rate of the sensor module are reduced.
