The cooling system comprises a cooling plate, a fire-fighting gas supply device, a fire-fighting liquid supply device, a cooling pipeline and a temperature sensor, and the flow of cooling liquid in the cooling plate can be adjusted; the fire-fighting gas supply device is communicated with a gas inlet of the vortex tube; the cooling pipeline is respectively communicated with the cold end pipe of the vortex pipe and the fire-fighting liquid supply device, the cooling pipeline is provided with a plurality of open holes, the plurality of open holes are used for corresponding to a plurality of battery cells, and each open hole is blocked by a hot melting material; the temperature sensor is used for detecting the environment temperature of the power battery; according to the technical scheme, the thermal runaway risk of the battery can be identified more accurately, the graded cooling strategy is provided, the thermal safety of the battery can be ensured, and the cost benefit maximization is realized.

    本发明公开了一种冷却系统、冷却系统的控制方法和电动汽车,涉及新能源汽车技术领域,其中,冷却系统用于动力电池,动力电池包括多个电池模组和电池管理系统,电池模组包括多个电芯,冷却系统包括冷却板、消防气体供给装置、消防液体供给装置、冷却管道和温度传感器,冷却板中的冷却液的流量大小可调节设置;消防气体供给装置与涡流管的进气口连通;冷却管道分别与涡流管的冷端管和消防液体供给装置连通,冷却管道具有多个开孔,多个开孔用以对应多个电芯,且各开孔由热熔材料封堵;温度传感器用以检测动力电池的环境温度;本技术方案,能够更准确地识别电池的热失控风险,并提供分级冷却策略,能够保证电池的热安全,且实现成本效益最大化。
