The invention relates to an electric vehicle cooling system and a control method. The system is mainly composed of a motor cooling loop, a battery cooling loop and a warm air loop. The motor cooling loop, the battery cooling loop and the warm air loop are connected through a nine-way water valve and conduct heat interaction. According to the control method, the cooling system controller interacts with the whole vehicle to obtain position information and time information, and the position information and the time information are used for confirming the working mode of the cooling system; on the basis of fully considering the influence of factors such as the temperature of parts needing to be cooled and heated and the heat exchange demand, different system modes are adopted by considering different regions and weather conditions, so that the energy consumption of the whole vehicle is effectively reduced, and the service life of the parts is prolonged; the power consumption of parts of the cooling system is reduced while the vehicle cooling and heating requirements are met; and frequent opening and closing of cooling system parts are effectively avoided, system NVH is improved, and the service life of the cooling system parts is prolonged.

    本发明涉及一种电动车冷却系统及控制方法;系统主要由电机冷却回路、电池冷却回路、暖风回路组成;电机冷却回路、电池冷却回路、暖风回路通过九通水阀进行连接以及热量交互;控制方法是通过冷却系统控制器与整车交互获取位置信息以及时间信息,用于确认冷却系统工作模式;本发明充分考虑了需求冷却以及需求加热零部件的温度以及换热量需求等因素的影响基础上,考虑地区以及天气状况的不同,采用不同的系统模式,有效降低整车能耗,增加零部件使用寿命;在满足车辆冷却以及加热需求的同时,降低冷却系统零部件功耗;有效避免冷却系统零部件频繁开闭,改善系统NVH,提升冷却系统零部件使用寿命。
