The invention discloses an automatic coupling system and method for a steel rail welding seam ultrasonic flaw detection sensor, the system comprises an automatic flaw detection platform and a transmission device, and the transmission device is used for realizing the transmission of the automatic flaw detection platform in the horizontal direction; a stereoscopic vision camera, a spraying device, a pressure sensor, an ultrasonic flaw detection sensor and a control module are integrated on the automatic flaw detection platform. The position relation between the ultrasonic flaw detector and the steel rail is acquired through the stereoscopic vision camera, and after a coupling agent is sprayed, the stepping motor is adjusted by utilizing a pressure sensing value obtained by the pressure sensor to complete height adjustment of the ultrasonic flaw detector. The ultrasonic flaw detector is well coupled with the steel rail under the full-automatic condition, flaw detection sensitivity calibration is completed, the ultrasonic signal transmission efficiency is improved, interference in the detection signal transmission process is reduced, the service life of an ultrasonic detection sensor is effectively prolonged, and the large-scale and rapid detection requirement is met.

    本发明公开了用于钢轨焊缝超声波探伤传感器的自动耦合系统及方法,该系统包括自动化探伤平台和传动装置,传动装置用于实现自动化探伤平台在水平方向上传动;在自动化探伤平台上集成有立体视觉相机、喷淋装置、压力传感器、超声波探伤传感器和控制模块。通过立体视觉相机采集得到超声波探伤仪与钢轨的位置关系,喷淋耦合剂后,利用压力传感器得到的压力感应值调节步进电动机完成超声波探伤仪的高度调整,实现超声波探伤仪在全自动化条件下与钢轨的良好耦合并完成探伤灵敏度校准,提高了超声波信号传递效率,降低了探测信号传递过程中的干扰,有效延长了超声波探测传感器的使用寿命,满足大规模、快速的检测需求。
