The invention discloses a steel rail welding seam flaw detection scanning device and a flaw detection method thereof. The steel rail welding seam flaw detection scanning device comprises a scanning support, a guide rail sliding block mechanism and a guide rail probe mechanism, wherein the scanning support can be mounted on a steel rail in a falling manner and is automatically positioned on the steel rail or is automatically separated from the steel rail through lifting; the guide rail sliding block mechanism comprises a first guide rail arranged in the length direction of the steel rail, a guide rail sliding block arranged on the first guide rail and a sliding block driving mechanism used for driving the guide rail sliding block to reciprocate along the first guide rail, and a rail surface probe capable of being attached to the rail surface of the steel rail is fixed to the bottom of the guide rail sliding block. The second guide rail is located below the first guide rail and is parallel to the first guide rail, the probe support is arranged on the second guide rail in a sliding mode, a rail side probe is fixed in the probe support, the guide rail sliding block can drive the probe support to reciprocate along the second guide rail, and the guide rail probe mechanism and the scanning support are of a linkage structure. The steel rail welding seam flaw detection scanning device and the flaw detection method based on the same are convenient and efficient to operate.

    本发明公开了一种钢轨焊缝探伤扫查装置及其探伤方法,包括可落装于钢轨上并在钢轨上自动定位或通过提升与钢轨自动分离的扫查支架、设置于扫查支架上的导轨滑块机构和导轨探头机构;导轨滑块机构包括沿钢轨长度方向布置的第一导轨、设置于第一导轨上的导轨滑块和用于驱动导轨滑块沿第一导轨往复移动的滑块驱动机构,导轨滑块的底部固定有可与钢轨的轨面贴合的轨面探头;导轨探头机构包括位于第一导轨下方、与第一导轨平行布置的第二导轨和滑动设置于第二导轨上的探头支架,探头支架内固定有轨侧探头,导轨滑块可驱动探头支架沿第二导轨往复移动,导轨探头机构与扫查支架为联动结构。钢轨焊缝探伤扫查装置及基于其的探伤方法操作便捷且高效。
