The invention discloses a stacking machine which comprises a movable frame body and a lifting seat capable of performing lifting motion relative to the movable frame body, and a goods taking and placing mechanism is installed on the lifting seat. The goods taking and placing mechanism comprises a goods supporting body and a base. The base is further provided with a temporary storage bin used for containing goods. The goods taking and placing mechanism further comprises a guide groove fixed to the base. The guide groove comprises a vertical sliding groove and a transverse sliding groove which are arranged in an L shape. The goods taking and placing mechanism further comprises sliding blocks which can move along the vertical sliding groove and the transverse sliding groove respectively, and the sliding blocks are the first sliding block and the second sliding block respectively. The two sliding blocks are hinged to the two ends of the connecting rod. Goods supporting bodies, namely a first supporting body and a second supporting body, are fixed on the first sliding block and the second sliding block; the middle of the connecting rod is connected with a driving component. The stacking machine is compact in structure, capable of running in a narrow roadway and high in operation efficiency.
