The invention discloses a motor output shaft torque calculation method and a motor vector control method of a hybrid vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: judging a dynamic coupling mode of the hybrid vehicle; driving types are classified according to whether the motor participates in driving or braking; when the engine and the motor participate in driving at the same time, a first working condition is defined; when the motor participates in power driving, a working condition II is defined; the motor participates in braking and is defined as a working condition III; when the motor does not participate in driving, a working condition IV is defined; and then output shaft torque calculation is carried out according to classification, at the same time, based on the torque calculation method, a set of motor vector control method is provided, current reconstruction and decoupling are carried out after rotation coordinate axis current is obtained, torque information is obtained from the current, and the accuracy and reliability of motor vector control are improved.
