The invention relates to a charging control method of a vehicle, a medium, a charging control device and the vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: predicting the temperature change condition of a battery in the subsequent charging process based on predetermined charging planning parameters, battery state data collected at the current moment and temperature related data related to the battery; according to the temperature change condition, the predetermined charging planning parameters are adjusted, redetermined charging planning parameters are obtained, and the charging planning parameters comprise the charging current of the battery; and according to the re-determined charging current, charging control is carried out on the battery, and charging parameters in the whole charging process of the battery are reasonably planned, so that the charging efficiency of the battery and the safety of the battery are improved, the health of the battery is ensured, and the service life of the battery is prolonged.
