The invention provides an intelligent elevator edge digital twinning construction method and system based on cloud edge collaboration.The method comprises the steps that environment information of a vertical elevator operation scene is obtained, and a meta-model file is generated according to environment information parameters, the meta-model file comprises an elevator shaft model, an elevator subsystem model, an interface file and a canvas file; the method comprises the following steps: acquiring current subsystem data of a vertical elevator, uploading the data according to dynamic parameter data and static size data summarized by a control cabinet near a subsystem, and writing the data into an edge module near the subsystem to obtain an edge data center of the elevator subsystem; matching model driving data and state decision data obtained by processing of the edge calculation module with corresponding model component names under the general file package to form an edge digital twin model, and sending a calculated and processed data form to a cloud server; the digital twinborn data and the general file package of the vertical lifting elevator are pulled from the cloud server to a digital twinborn front end, and the running state and the early warning result of the elevator are displayed in the digital twinborn model; the cooperative implementation of the vertical lifting elevator equipment under the cloud side cooperative computing and digital twinning technology is realized, the effective information extraction capability and the real-time monitoring level of the monitored equipment are improved, and the potential safety threat of the elevator equipment is better prevented.
本发明提供了一种基于云边协同的智慧电梯边缘数字孪生的构建方法和系统,该方法包括:获取垂直升降电梯作业场景的环境信息,根据所述环境信息参数生成元模型文件,所述元模型文件包括电梯井道模型、电梯子系统模型、接口文件以及画布文件;获取垂直升降电梯当前的子系统数据,根据子系统附近的控制柜汇总的动态参数数据和静态尺寸数据,上传数据并写入到子系统附近的边缘模块中,得到电梯子系统的边缘数据中心;将边缘计算模块处理得到的模型驱动数据和状态决策数据与所述通用文件包下的对应模型组件名进行匹配,形成边缘数字孪生模型,并将计算处理后数据表单发送至云端服务器;从云端服务器中拉取垂直升降电梯的数字孪生数据和通用文件包到数字孪生前端,并将电梯的运行状态和预警结果展示在所述的数字孪生模型中;实现了垂直升降电梯设备在云边协同计算与数字孪生技术下的配合实施,提高被监控设备的有效信息提取能力和实时监测水平,更好地预防电梯设备潜在的安全威胁。
