The invention discloses an elevator braking performance prediction method and system based on digital twinning. The method comprises the steps that running state data and environment data of an elevator brake are obtained in real time; performing correlation analysis, and screening data of which the correlation is greater than a preset threshold value according to a correlation analysis result; constructing a digital twinborn body to simulate the working mode of the elevator brake, inputting the screened data into the simulated digital twinborn body, and predicting the working mode of the current elevator brake; and according to the current elevator braking performance prediction result, the real-time state of the brake is visually displayed through the augmented reality technology. According to the invention, field evaluation is carried out on the brake by using an augmented reality technology; data fusion analysis is performed on the acquired running state data and environment data, so that the running state of the brake can be known conveniently, whether a fault exists or not is judged, the overall performance of the brake is predicted and evaluated, and state monitoring and safety evaluation are performed on the elevator braking performance more comprehensively.

    本发明公开了一种基于数字孪生的电梯制动性能预测方法及系统该方法包括,实时获取电梯制动器的运行状态数据和环境数据;进行相关性分析,根据相关性分析结果,筛选相关性大于预设阈值的数据;构建数字孪生体对电梯制动器工作模式进行仿真,将筛选出的数据输入仿真后的数字孪生体中,对当前电梯制动器工作模式进行预测;根据当前电梯制动性能预测结果,采用增强现实技术对制动器的实时状态进行可视化显示。本发明利用增强现实的技术对制动器进行现场评估;获取的运行状态数据和环境数据进行数据融合分析,方便了解制动器运行状态,判断是否存在故障,对其整体性能加以预测与评价更全面的对电梯制动性能进行状态监测和安全评价。
