The invention provides an elevator monitoring operation and maintenance system based on digital twinning. The elevator monitoring operation and maintenance system involves a state collection module, an elevator digital twinning body and a visual management and control platform, wherein the elevator digital twinning body is an elevator three-dimensional digital model capable of dynamically running, each assembly in the three-dimensional digital model is in one-to-one mapping with an elevator physical entity assembly, and each assembly in the three-dimensional digital model can execute a corresponding running action of an elevator physical entity; and the visual management and control platform is a virtual platform for operating the elevator digital twinning body, and the digital twinning body is connected with a server through the visual management and control platform. According to the elevator monitoring operation and maintenance system, the three-dimensional digital model, sensing data and monitoring data are combined with one another, the operation state of the three-dimensional digital model of an elevator is presented through the visual management and control platform, the real operation condition of the elevator is visually and synchronously reflected, management, operation and maintenance personnel can clearly master the overall state of the real elevator, and operation and maintenance management of the elevator is facilitated.
本发明提出一种基于数字孪生的升降电梯监控运维系统,包括:状态采集模块、电梯数字孪生体、可视化管控平台;所述电梯数字孪生体是可动态运行的电梯三维数字模型,所述三维数字模型中的各个组件与电梯物理实体组件一一映射,并且三维数字模型中的各个组件可以执行电梯物理实体的对应运行动作;所述可视化管控平台是运行电梯数字孪生体的虚拟平台,所述数字孪生体通过可视化管控平台与所述服务器连接;本发明采用了三维数字模型和传感数据以及监控数据相结合的形式,并且通过可视化管控平台呈现电梯三维数字模型的运行状态,直观地同步反映出电梯真实的运行情况,使得管理运维人员能够清晰地掌握真实电梯的整体状态,方便电梯的运维管理。
