The invention provides an intelligent operation and maintenance system based on digital twinning and an operation method of the intelligent operation and maintenance system. The intelligent operation and maintenance system comprises a signal centralized monitor, a server platform and a visual terminal which are connected in sequence. The signal centralized monitor is used for collecting real-time state information of a plurality of physical signal devices and is responsible for fault alarm. The server platform is used for associating the real-time state information of each physical signal device to a corresponding three-dimensional model and operating a pre-established digital twin three-dimensional system; and the visual terminal is used for visually displaying the digital twinborn three-dimensional system and realizing intelligent operation and maintenance of the digital twinborn three-dimensional system under the control of a user. Compared with railway signal operation and maintenance based on manual inspection and maintenance, the digital twin three-dimensional system comprises the virtual signal equipment corresponding to each physical signal equipment, so that manual operation and maintenance are replaced by intelligent operation and maintenance in a digital space, the operation and maintenance efficiency and accuracy are effectively improved, and the operation and maintenance cost is reduced.

    本发明提供了一种基于数字孪生的智能运维系统及其运行方法,该智能运维系统包括依次连接的信号集中监测器、服务器平台和可视化终端;信号集中监测器用于采集多个物理信号设备的实时状态信息并负责故障报警;服务器平台用于将每个物理信号设备的实时状态信息关联至对应的三维模型,并运行预先建立的数字孪生三维系统;可视化终端用于对数字孪生三维系统进行可视化展示,并在用户控制下实现对数字孪生三维系统的智能运维。相较于基于人工巡检和维护实现的铁路信号运维,本发明中的数字孪生三维系统包括了每个物理信号设备对应的虚拟信号设备,从而利用在数字空间的智能运维代替人力运维,有效提高了运维的效率和准确度,还降低了运维成本。
